Flagship Project
ThinkAI Program evaluation
This project is a program evaluation of a six-month professional learning initiative designed to support K–12 educators in integrating artificial intelligence into classroom instruction. The program served educators across multiple districts and culminated in teacher-led student AI projects and a formal showcase.
The need for this evaluation was driven by both scale and accountability. With high participation and significant investment, stakeholders needed evidence of impact beyond attendance. I designed the evaluation using Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels, focusing on Reaction and Learning while also examining evidence of behavior through teacher implementation artifacts. Data was collected through pre/post assessments, participant submissions, attendance records, and survey feedback to ensure a well-rounded analysis. Tools were selected for accessibility and real-world use, including Google Forms and structured reporting aligned to stakeholder expectations.
Results showed strong effectiveness, including over 96% retention and full participant implementation of AI-based student projects. Pre/post data reflected measurable growth in teacher confidence and understanding. The evaluation provided clear evidence of impact and informed recommendations for scaling and future program design.
